Lavosept gel - disinfection

Alcohol disinfectant in the form of a gel that contains both softening and moisturizing ingredients which prevents drying and skin irritation. Due to packaging in 50 ml spray is conveniently applied to the skin surface.

Lavosept® the alcohol disinfectant for hygienic skin disinfectant. It is supplied as a solution or a clear gel which contains softening and moisturizing ingredients which prevents drying and skin irritation.

Lavosept® product is suitable for use wherever there is contact with a large number of people - in hospitals, physicians' offices, in hospitality facilities, in food production, in the field of rehabilitation and beauty care during manicures, artificial nails, pedicures, tattoos, leather in sports centers, sports equipment rentals, fitness, wellness, shopping at the supermarket, travel etc.

Lavosept efficacy tests on the skin show that it kills enveloped viruses (MVA), e.g. E coli in 99.9% (3 log orders). Since coronavirus belongs to the Coronavirinae category: Alphacoronavirus, Betacoronavirus, Gammacoronavirus and Deltacoronavirus, ie enveloped RNA viruses, it is very easy to assume that Lavosept also kills this virus. Furthermore, Lavosept has the great advantage of being composed of a mixture. In general, IPA has limited activity on small viruses (polioviruses, rotavities), so it is important that there is also ethanol. It inactivates HBV, HCV and HIV. Furthermore, it most likely kills all of this (a mix of viruses, bacteria…):

Lavosept® disinfectant efficacy was assessed by the State Health Institute in Prague, in the Centre of Epidemiology and Microbiology at the National Reference Laboratory for disinfection and sterilization.
