Transport fees depend on the amount of the goods and kind of delivery:

Delivery terms are valid from 1.1.2014. Prices including VAT are in legal value.

Payment terms: Payment on account.

The maximum delivery time sent by PPL or DHL special delivery is 2-7 days from the date of despatch according to the country of delivery (valid for the Europe).

Delivery terms outside Europe

Euroasia - America - Africa - Asia - Oceania

Transport by DHL (delivery time 3-8 days from expedition) or by Czech Post (delivery time 15-30 days from expedition).

Ordering outside Europe:

- Please order your products at our eshop.

- Write the type of transport selected (DHL - Courier service DHL or Czech Post) in the note.

- The shipping price depends on the weight of the package and the size of the package.

- Please do not pay for the goods for now!

- Our company prepares an order and packs the consignment and weighs it.

-You will be contacted via email. We will send you a complete proforma invoice for goods and transport according to your country.

Working time for the personal taking of the goods

From Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 18:00
